A good warm up and warm down will routine before every match will allow your body to meets its maximum potential while reducing your risk of injury. In addition to warming up, you should also consider improving your stance. If your current stance is too rigid, you should loosen it up. If it is too spread out, you should close it. You should also try to balance your weight equally between your feet. Your goal should be to analyze your game, determine where your faults are, and then try out new tips until you successfully improve each aspect of your game.
